We actively monitor and enforce these content restrictions to maintain a safe and responsible platform. We reserve the right to:
Remove or restrict any content that violates these guidelines, immediately and without prior notice.
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts found in violation, at our sole discretion.
Pursue legal action where necessary to protect our platform, users, and third parties from harm.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Payment and Subscription
7.1 Fees、AutoRenewal
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. Kflx AI reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time upon notice to you.
Kflx AI Auto-Renewal Membership Policy：Your membership will be auto-renewed upon expiration. If you purchase a membership plan via PayPal or credit card, auto-renewal will be enabled by default for the same subscription term as your current plan.
Once your membership is activated, if you do not explicitly cancel auto-renewal within the current subscription period, Kflx AI will automatically charge your selected payment method (PayPal account or credit card) 1 day prior to the end of each subscription cycle. This will extend your membership validity to the next billing cycle.
Subscription terms: 1 month or 1 year.
7.2 Cancel Subscription
How to cancel auto-renewal: You may log in to the PayPal account you used for payment to cancel your subscription, or contact your credit card issuer to revoke the automatic payment authorization.
After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied thereafter.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Otherwise, you will be charged for the subsequent billing cycle, and such fees are non-refundable.
Under no circumstances shall we provide partial refunds or prorated point compensation for unused subscription time, mid-cycle cancellations, or subscription downgrades.
7.3 Refunds
Except in specific circumstances where the AI tool is unavailable and cannot function properly for an extended period, all paid service fees are non-refundable. Kflx AI reserves the right to offer partial refunds or point compensation at its sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.

8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
